Along with the Symposium, the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and Swope Health will be releasing a Hepatitis C Treatment Guide to support primary care teams. The symposium was intended for all team members involved in the provision of primary care services to people experiencing homelessness and people who use drugs, including respite, outreach, and mobile health teams.
