Resource Summary: AAPCHO and MHP Salud presented four culturally relevant My Healthy Plate brochures that include the cultural traditions and dietary preferences of Filipino/a/x and Hmong Migrant Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program (MSAW) communities as critical tools in preventing diabetes. In this webinar, speakers from Mabuhay Health Center and Minnesota Community Care shared the importance of culturally relevant My Healthy Plate educational resources, a national survey and health center collaboration efforts, and promising practices. MHP Salud introduced their series of culturally appropriate My Healthy Plate educational resources and how they increase organizational capacity at Health Centers through community health worker (CHW)-led programs.
