Utilizing a human-centered design approach, we will cover key topics, such as leveraging technology (e.g., AI, EHRs, and patient portals) to strengthen relationships and maintain connection between visits, balancing the need for easy and timely access to care with health center resources, cultivating a compassionate bedside and webside manner in clinic and virtual visits, and fostering collegial connections among healthcare teams in a digital environment.
