Resource Summary: This is a series of four interactive learning collaborative activities focusing on providing affirming medical gender care to children and adolescents. Participants will be guided through a series of care strategies and be given tools and time to engage with experts. In a comprehensive wrap-up to the four learning collaborative sessions, learners will build on the essentials of communication with patients and their families in common gender care scenarios. Providers will engage in group discussion with colleagues, interactive skill building, and role play opportunities to try what they have learned.
Resource Details: The Learning Collaborative will also include a special skills lab for pediatric providers preparing to offer gender-affirming care to adolescents.
