Resource Summary: The Social Determinants of Health Screening for School-Aged Children and Adolescents webinar was designed for health center and health center look-alike staff. The webinar aims to increase the audience’s knowledge of and capacity to select screening tools, conduct a community needs assessment, and adapt a clinic workflow to include SDOH screening.
