As health centers continue to face retention struggles, including high rates of turnover, it is critical that they start thinking about pathway development to support a 'grow your own' strategy. As a part of this session, NEW Health, a rural health center located in Washington state, will present on their health center's journey in becoming a leader in the space of HP-ET and workforce pathway development. This session will also address the importance of thinking beyond clinical positions when developing training programs and preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals.
