Resource Summary: The Organizational Self-Care Assessment Tool is designed to give you a snapshot of your organizational self-care practices, reflect on your strategies, and identify areas for future exploration.

Resource Details: Upon reviewing your responses, you can prioritize areas that can feasibly be implemented and outline barriers or challenges that may come up. The assessment tool is organized into five sections: • Organizational Policies and Practices • Employee Supervision and Mentoring • Training and Professional Development • Organizational Leadership and Structure • Organizational Sustainability Each section contains a set of measures to help assess what your health center or organization is currently doing to support self-care.
