Resource Details: We are inviting health centers across the country to join the SDOH Academy for our upcoming 2023-2024 Webinar Series. All 4 sessions will highlight promising practices and increase knowledge around incorporating and scaling innovative approaches to new and emerging issues related to non-medical drivers of health.
