Resource Details: In this webinar, the STAR² Center team will review the foundations of clinical leadership, including how to foster teamwork amongst a diverse staff in an environment that can be frequently stressful and challenging. This webinar will provide evidence-based tools and practices that leaders and teams can use to communicate more effectively, manage stress, and make diversity an asset and a strength within their teams.
