Resource Details: Participants will be able to identify the steps to take to implement a blame-free, just culture; identify and monitor key measures that demonstrate improvements in patient safety; and recognize the impact of implementing a just culture on staff retention. Participant will learn the value of adopting a blame-free, just culture, where just culture encourages employee reporting of errors and mistakes, and promotes learning by mistakes, and a blame-free environment removes the employee's fear of punitive actions, increases staff willingness to report errors, and focuses on what happened versus who did it.
