Viewers will gain strategies for integrating oral health into primary care at health centers serving residents of public housing and other special populations and how care teams can support oral health education and treatment.
Resource Details: Preventive care and other early intervention services help people stay healthy and avoid more costly care. Good oral health affects your functionality. Poor dental health can affect overall health. Many determinants impact our oral health, including challenges in accessing dental care and strategies to overcome barriers to care that can help address oral health disparities and promote overall health equity.
