Resource Details: The US VHA expands it network of providers by enrolling community-based entities, like FQHCs, into the Community Care Network (CCN) program. Through the CCN, Veteran patients of the VHA may be referred to community based providers who are authorized by VHA to care for patients with specific needs for which access is limited at the VHA due to distance or wait time.
