Target audiences are health center C-Suite, Board Members, new health center 340B program staff, pharmacy leaders and new health center staff.

Resource Details: This resource will inform new health center leaders and staff to pharmacy operations within a health center. Specific areas covered include: the role of the pharmacy in the patient care model, the 340B Drug Discount Program, the Sliding Fee Scale (SFS) and Eligible Patient Prescription Assistance Program (EPPAP), implementation of patient assistance programs and maximizing in-house pharmacy capture rate.
