Resource Summary: Telehealth and remote work are going to continue to be a “way of life” even after the continuing COVID-19 pandemic is over. This less traditional setting allows health center leadership to be creative in recruiting and retaining staff to meet their organization’s needs. These new settings also require new approaches to supporting staff engagement.
