Resource Summary: Restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic greatly increased public awareness of the detrimental effect of social isolation and loneliness—especially for community-dwelling older adults. This webinar will show participants some traditional and innovative approaches to engage and support older patients who are most likely to remain at risk during the Nation’s recovery from the COVID-driven public health crisis.
