Resource Summary: AAPCHO hosted the “Health of Asian American and Native Hawaiian/ Pacific Islander Patients Served at Health Centers: An Analysis of the 2019 Uniform Data System” where we shared our data analysis of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) 2019 Uniform Data System (UDS) and made recommendations to increase access to care and improve health outcomes for Asian American (AA) and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (NH/PI) patients served at HRSA-funded health centers. Presenters will share key findings from AAPCHO’s updated and annual report, “The Health of AAs and NH/PIs Served at Health Centers: An Analysis of the 2019 Uniform Data System.”

Resource Details: After viewing this webinar, participants were able to 1) present an overview of patient demographics, health utilization, and patient health outcomes at AA and NH/PI- and NH/PI-serving health centers; 2) highlight key differences between AA and NH/PI- and NH/PI-serving health centers and other community health centers across the nation based on the 2019 Uniform Data System; and 3) discuss the implications of key trends, findings, and opportunities to increase access to care and improve health outcomes at AA and NH/PI- and NH/PI-serving health center.
