Resource Summary: This panel-style webinar will explore the topic of safety for Black and African American transgender and gender diverse people. Expert panelists will provide insight into how health centers can partner with communities to promote safety and wellness, and to examine the role of structural and institutional violence as a social determinant of health. Participants will learn strategies for mitigating risk by identifying and supporting individual and community-level protective factors and strengths.
