Resource Details: Grounded in HealthBegin’s Community-Based Workforce Principles for Pandemic Response and Resilience, several organizations have formed the National Community-Based Workforce Alliance (CBWA) to ensure that the COVID-19 pandemic response and rebuilding efforts are equitable, effective and involve, fund, strengthen, and elevate trusted community-based workers, including CHWs.
