In this session we describe how to best navigate our Health Equity Starter Kit, and highlight examples of some of the available resources within each section.
Resource Details: Health Equity Starter Kit contains resources related to health equity all in one place. This resource will support you in better understanding health equity as a broader framework to explain and address structural factors, social determinants of health, and health disparities. The Starter Kit includes a collection of innovative strategies, as well as examples of data and measures to track and evaluate health equity efforts.
