Resource Summary: The HITEQ Center has a number of EHR transition tools that may be helpful for health centers that are considering a transition from one EHR to another. This resource brings together all these tools for easy access.
Resource Details: HITEQ offers charts that show the most frequently used EHRs among health centers, as well as adoption trends, according to annual UDS reporting on the Health IT Form. This resource includes: issues and suggestions for contract negotiations, EHR transition tips from health centers who have recently transitioned, and tools for health center EHR RFP process.
