Resource Summary: The Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) standards were developed to provide guidance on how to improve service delivery to clients who may not have sufficient access to care based on race, ethnicity, linguistic capacity or cultural background. This webinar will provide an overview of each Standard with specific examples of strategies in meeting the standard for organizational system improvement.
