Resource Summary: This toolkit describes the rights of patients to language access, questions to consider when determining an appropriate health care provider and health center, and resources for patient advocacy. The toolkit is available in multiple languages of English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.
Resource Details: This toolkit guides patient to help them get health care in their preferred language. It focuses on language access in health centers to allow people who are limited English proficient (LEP) or do not speak English at all to have full access to health care information and services.
