Resources that support the work of community health centers come from many partners. The initial release of the Health Center Resource Clearinghouse focuses on resources developed by National Training and Technical Assistance Partners (NTTAPs).
The NTTAPs possess subject matter expertise in functional areas and support health centers’ ability to maintain fiscal and operational excellence, engage in effective workforce development activities, utilize cutting-edge health information technology, and structure health care services in a manner culturally and linguistically appropriate to the patient population served.
Primary Care Associations (PCAs) are state or regional nonprofit organizations that provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to safety-net providers. This T/TA is based on statewide and regional needs to help health centers improve programmatic, clinical, and financial performance and operations. PCAs can help health centers and look-alikes plan for the growth of health centers in their state, as well as develop strategies to recruit and retain staff.
